Instrucciones de cocción
En una cacerola pesada de 2 cuartos, saltear el arroz en 1/2 cucharada de aceite de oliva a fuego medio durante 2 minutos.
Añadir 2 1/2 tazas de agua y el contenido de la bolsa de condimentos. Remover bien y llevar a ebullición.
Reducir el fuego y cocer a fuego lento sin tapar durante 20 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que el arroz esté tierno.
Decorar con queso parmesano rallado si se desea. Servir caliente.
