Instrucciones de cocción
En una cacerola pesada de 2 cuartos, saltear el arroz en 1/2 cucharada de aceite de oliva a fuego medio durante 2 minutos.
Add 2 1/2 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Reducir el fuego y cocer a fuego lento sin tapar durante 20 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando, hasta que el arroz esté tierno.
Serve hot.

Drizzle with the flavored oil of your choice.
Substitute 1 cup of white wine for the milk.
Substitute 1 cup of apple cider for the milk and add raw diced apple with 5 minutes of cook time left.
