Our Whole Grain Spanish Rice Pilaf pairs perfectly with tacos, tostadas, or fajitas. For Barcelona-style rice, try adding cooked chicken thighs, shrimp, and clams. Or keep it simple—just stir, simmer, and serve!

Stovetop Cooking Instructions
In a medium saucepan combine 1 3/4 cups of water, rice, seasoning packet, and 1 Tbsp. of olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 28 minutes.
Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
Soak up the compliments.
Serving Suggestions
Use as a starter for fajitas, chicken tacos, or tostadas.
For an entree, add cooked Spanish-style chorizo, frozen peas with pearl onions, and diced tomatoes with green chilis.
For Barcelona-style rice, add cooked chicken thighs, shrimp, and clams.

My family loves this Spanish rice so I always keep 2 boxes in the motorhome and 6 in the house so no matter where we are, I'm ready to make burritos in around 30 minutes. I also depend on Lundberg rice to be organic, vegan, gluten-free and non-gmo. It is getting harder and harder to find clean food. I've been feeding my family Lundberg products for over 40 years.

This used to be excellent product, suddenly it lost its great flavor and aroma and is too spicy. It tastes “watered down”. Sorry not a fan anymore, was for 30 years!
